OKCOPS is a Non-Profit Organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All donations are tax deductible to the full extent permitted by law. Programs and services are funded by grants and donations. You can help those who have lost a loved one killed in the line of duty to rebuild their lives.

There is no membership fee to join C.O.P.S. for the price paid is already too high. Any surviving family member or co-worker of any law enforcement officer dying in the line of duty is eligible for membership in OKCOPS and C.O.P.S.

The OKCOPS chapter of Concerns of Police Survivors addresses the emotional, psychological, financial, and legal issues that arise from the death of a loved one in the law enforcement profression. The family of any officer dying in the line of duty within the State of Oklahoma may use the services of OKCOPS and C.O.P.S. Any surviving family member, living within the State of Oklahoma who has lost an officer to a line of duty death outside of Oklahoma are entitled to use the services of OKCOPS. OKCOPS members, while providing support to fellow survivors, also address law enforcement trauma issues that affect active officers, their families and their agencies.
